Also nearby are 2 state parks, South Higgins Lake State Park and Higgins Lake State Park, offering public boat launch sites, sand beaches, and kayak rentals. These outdoor meccas also have hiking trails and are great for cross country skiing, so you'll always have something to do no matter the time of year.

Wonderful Stay on Higgins Lake
5/5 Amazing property on beautiful Higgins Lake. We were blessed with great weather and were able to rent a pontoon boat, use the firepit, etc. Barb was a wonderful communicator and made sure the dock remained in until after our visit. We were even able to check in early. Highly recommend!

Awesome home for family gathering
5/5 This house is such a Beautiful, clean and fun house to stay in. We had a fabulous time using the kitchen to cook our meals and then using the Big table to eat together. The picture perfect open living room is a seller. The balcony was Great to sit and enjoy the water. This house has Everything. So many Wonderful memories made this weekend. Thank you Very much for the rental.
