A gem of a place
5/5 This home is a beautifully done renovation from the studs out. It reminds me of the show 'Good Bones.' High-end materials are everywhere. There is carpet where there should be carpet, and wood and tile were there should be hard flooring. The kitchen is complete, and the dishes and silverware are commensurate with the surroundings. The coffee service is a Keurig. The bedrooms are quite spacious, and both have blackout curtains. The location is a quiet neighborhood just north of downtown with easy access to shops and the beach. The home is delightful inside and out.
We visit Ludington year-round, and this place will be on our preferred list. We look forward to staying in the first-floor unit with its fireplace and porch. The upstairs unit has a completely separate entrance. My one reservation with renting upstairs is you must be able to deal with stairs. If that is not a problem, you will not be disappointed.
