Very nice home close to the beach!
4/5 We had a great stay over the 4th at the Riley Street house. We had 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids all under 8) in the house. The house is clean and well cared for. The rooms were a little smaller than they looked in the photos but were totally fine. Note that one is directly off the kitchen and two are directly off the living room, so quiet hours are difficult unless you can utilize the patio. Patio and fire pit were great, however so it all worked out. Riley street beach is 1 block away and is a great public access. There is a pretty steep walk down to the shore but offers wonderful views of the sunset.

Family Trip for Tournament
4/5 We stayed here for two nights for a tournament. The place was well- decorated, but layout was odd. I felt they should have tvs in all bedrooms. The area and homes around are very nice. Beach is secluded and pretty but not an easy walk for elderly or small kids. Home is on a very busy street. Trash was at curb and full our entire stay. The listing said it had beach chairs for use and a Tiki brand fire pit. We didn’t see any beach chairs and the fire pit was a rusted old one.Positive. It was clean, well- decorated, plenty of board games, kitchen was stocked with anything you could need.For what it cost, we probably would find other accommodations if we chose to go back to that area.

Perfect stay for graduation weekend at Hope college for extended family
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. It was perfect accommodations for my family of 6, plus my parents. It was a short walk to the beach, however accessing the beach was not possible from this location for older adults due to the steep decline. The kitchen was perfect for a weekend stay. We would definitely consider this location again. Only small inconvenience was a lack of towel bars to hang used towels on in both baths. We had 8 people and nowhere to put towels except when in the shower. Overall, a great stay!
