  This is the worst experience I’ve had traveling and the least accommodating host I’ve ever dealt with. The house was filthy when we got there; the counters, stove top, floor and blinds were all grimy. It was very dusty, and the shower was disgusting; there was brown gook coming out of the cracks of the shower. The window sills had dirt and dead bugs on them and to add insult to injury, the house was cold… in a blizzard… the driveway and walk ways were not shoveled when we arrived and when someone finally came to take care of it, they left us with a bag of salt and told us to keep the walk and driveways salted if we wanted to be able to come and go as we planned. We got in touch with the “contact person” for the property who hid the fact that he was the actual owner of the property and pretended to have no power to make any decisions and told us to call the management/hosting company, EVOLVE. The case manager “Josh V. was rude, dismissive, and I still haven’t heard from him regarding the report we filed over a week ago. No one was helpful about these issues in the slightest. Lastly, I accidentally left a medical device in the house after check out and contact the owner to arrange to have it mailed back to me. He put my device in a plastic bag and left it outside in the snow and made me hire someone local to pick it up and mail it to me. This place and it’s host are a nightmare and I would advise that everyone steers clear of staying here; it will not be a happy experience.

  - Our Evolve team responded immediately when you reached out, but after sending your photos to the homeowner, they let us know that the pictures were not taken in their home.
  - The owner also sent us photos to show that the house was 100% clean and ready before your arrival.
  - They also confirmed that the thermostat was set to 70 when you arrived and let us know that guests can adjust the temperature if needed.
  - We always work with owners and guests to determine a fair solution if any concerns arise, but as we let you know, we could not grant a refund for fabricated issues and photos.
  We are confident that future travelers will find this home clean and comfortable.
