    Trip to upper Michigan. The house was as described close to shopping, waterfront and mushroom houses. One of the beds was pretty firm and could use a mattress topper. Otherwise great apartment. We could hear the downstairs residents but the fans in the bedrooms helped drown that out. Overall great stay

  • Very walkable

    Good location for walking to the downtown and Marina area. Walkable to restaurants shops or beaches. Upstairs unit was not clean upon arrival. Unit needs a deep cleaning. Outside communal area was unusable due to green slime all over the furniture and a questionable Gas Grill. Very steep and long stairs up to the Apt.

Lastly, it is clearly stated in my listing that this is an upstairs apartment and there is a unit below; I apologize that stairs are required to access the upper apartment.
