1970’s quad level in Bellaire
3/5 House had adequate room for 8 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Exterior and yard is in need of general maintenance. Interior needs some updating other than paint. For a home listed as room for 17, only two showers is inadequate. Property manager is extremely poor. Upon arrival, I phoned the contact person provided with a question about the entry code and my voice message was never replied to.

-Thanks for bringing these issues to our attention - we sincerely apologize that they impacted your stay. We do have ongoing yard service that manages and keeps the yard in good order. However, your stay was one week before our big spring clean-up of the yard so we're sorry that the outdoor area wasn't up to our usual standards for your reservation.
-We have also recently updated all three bathrooms with new tile floors and modern vanities with all new sinks and faucets. We agree that a third shower would be beneficial and will look into that upgrade in the future
-We will speak to our property manager regarding the communication issue, we apologize for this and have taken the appropriate steps to make sure that does not happen again.

4/5 A lovely home that can accommodate a large group. Walking distance to downtown. Lots to do on the property! My only complaints is that trash from, I'm assuming the prior guests, was left in the garage which had a strong odor that went into the house whenever the garage door was opened. Also, the refrigerator was not keeping any items cold, causing us to throw away a lot of food.

5/5 The house is a little dated but very clean, larger than expected, lots of amenities, and great location. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome weekend and great location!
5/5 We had a decent size group and were able to easily walk to downtown (breweries etc) and the pontoon rental location was less than a block away. Very close to some great golf courses as well.

Great Location
5/5 Lots of room for a large family, there are over 50 steps to get to the water and fire pit in case you have elders with you. Nice to have Kayaks and life jackets. Great location.
