• Worst Stay Ever!

  Entering the building made no sense and the doors to the elevators were locked, yet they said you need the room key to unlock the doors. But the room key was inside on the condo door. The condo was outdated, mattresses had holes and stains on them, light switches didn’t work, no lighting in the living room, and bed bugs bit both of my girls who slept in the bedroom with the twin beds! My girls had a cheer competition all weekend and had to perform with bites all over their faces, arms, legs, and neck. We refused to stay and went to a different hotel at 3am. My girls were traumatized and embarrassed to show their faces at the competition and at school after the weekend. 5 days later, they still have uncontrollable itching and welts all over their bodies. In my honest opinion, spend the extra money and stay at a hotel where you know the rooms are cleaned and sanitized!!!

  The condo was in an excellent location with amazing views. We were quite disappointed by the condition of the condo. Both bathrooms were leaky and the condo was not the cleanest and all the furnishings were thrown together. The owner should be ashamed for not upgrading this unit. People pay a lot to stay there and deserve better

• Deceiving landlord

  Too many issues to summarize. Was told one shower was broken so we had to share the other. That shower didn’t work either! The tub was dirty! No working lightbulbs. We had to buy them. Broken glasses in cabinets. Mold, yes mold in other shower! Called for assistance and never got a reply! So many other issues also! Took our money and ran. So very disgusted. This unit should not be allowed to be rented until it’s cleaned and all issues corrected.

  - We have removed the old shower and installed a new one along with a new floor and bathtub.
  - I'm not sure about the broken glass it may have been a previous guest but it has been cleaned and disposed of.

  This property was absolutely unlivable. The only shower we were able to take was with scorching hot water because the cold water didn’t work, I had to fill my baby’s bath tub up with cold water from the sink. The kitchen sink/garbage disposal was clogged when we arrived so the entire trip if we used the sink, it would clog and garbage and gunk would come up onto our dishes. I had to wash my baby’s bottles in the BATHROOM SINK because they need to be soaked in water when washing. THEN, to top it off my 15 year old son got bed bugs bites all over him. I have never had a terrible experience like this and you should be ashamed of yourself you rented that unlivable place.

  Hi Eric, we're sorry to hear that this condo was not all you expected. We followed up with the homeowner, who was surprised by your review as they were not made aware of any concerns while you were in residence.
  - The homeowner assured us that they found no bed bugs in the unit or evidence of them.
  - They also let us know that the sink was working before your arrival, and their property manager was not notified of the clog until the last day of your stay. That has since been fixed.
  - The property manager would have been happy to look at the sink and shower had they heard from you sooner. They want to provide the best stay possible for all guests and encourage them to reach out right away with any concerns.

• Property needs a big update. Dirty and very outdated. Very disappointing!
