  • The worse housing experience Ive ever had.

    Cleanliness was terrible and the house amenities was even worse. Hate to leave such a harsh review but honestly the house needs to be renovated before accepting guest,

We also provide all the information about the property, such as the amenities, home size, and nightly rates before booking. All the types of furniture and the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking to meet expectations
    -The kitchen is well stocked, we provide basic kitchen amenities for guests. We understand being able to cook during your stay is important to most guests, so we provide kitchen supplies for your convenience. If there are any specific items not included, we invite you to reach out to the local guest contact. This information is found in the check-in instructions email. We would be happy to see which supplies we can provide
    -Our cleaners provide us with excellent service, consistently. We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival, and our ground services team is meticulous in their cleaning and sterilization. We've never received any complaints. We want every guest to have a great experience, and if something's not as expected we'll do our best to remedy it
    Although you did not enjoy your stay, we're confident future guests will have a wonderful visit to our home! We have had such positive reviews in the past, and we work very hard to ensure all guests arrive at a 5-star experience at our vacation rental. We will continue holding ourselves to these standards moving forward.

    House was okay for what we needed it for. No TV’s in either room, only one was in the living room. House has one bathroom, which we overlooked, but that was our fault.
