Bachelor Trip
5/5 The house was even better than expected. The location on the lake is beautiful and was perfect for the group of guys celebrating his bachelor trip in New Orleans. I would highly reccommend this spot for any group that is looking for a big house just outside the city.

Great place.
5/5 I've been coming down to south Louisiana for the past 4 or 5 years with some guys I work with in Chattanooga to fish in the bayou. We have stayed in a number of houses during our visits and we all agreed this is by far the best one yet. The owner was so good to work with and made sure everything we needed we had. The place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We would surely stay here again and again. Thanks you .

Great gathering place
5/5 Thank you to Katherine and her family for opening their home to us which allowed my family to enjoy my moms 60th birthday together! It’s not only a beautiful home with an amazing view but close enough to town to really enjoy New Orleans without being right in the city and all its…flavor at night. Felt very safe and comfortable at Pelican Perch.
Katherine was really helpful giving us a lot of great suggestions of places to eat, see and enjoy while we’re in town. Incredible communication along the way and helped us when we had flight delays. Definitely will be back to celebrate and make more memories!

Beautiful location!
5/5 House was clean and fairly well maintained. Carpets and some furniture were worn but that is normal wear and tear for a rental property. The view of the lakes was awesome. Loved the pier and the outside area. Would definitely rent again. Close enough to NOLA that we spent some time there but we brought our kids so it was nice to get out of the city at the end of the day.
Bayou savage stay
5/5 Beautiful property. Close to everything in New Orleans but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The entire family says this is their favorite place to stay in the area.
