5/5 The house was beautiful very clean, our contact person Juanita was very pleasant, and helpful. I would definately recommend this company and this home. It was a little away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but that was nice, very quiet neighborhood and everyone was friendly. loved it
4/5 The property was very clean, but very minimalist. No dressers or even a small chair or table to place suitcase on. Although there was a coffee maker in the kitchen, there were no coffee mugs.

5/5 Assisting our college student with off campus move in and this property was perfect. Easy access to Loyola and Tulane made for a short drive at the end of long days. The setup was great for what we needed.

Great Location and a Real Shotgun!
5/5 We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Tulane and loved this place! Great location - we could walk to the university, our daughter's place and lots of fun places on Freret street. It was cool to get to stay in a real shotgun house which we understand is a real New Orleans architecture feature. The front porch was also great to hang out on at night and the air conditioning was blasting during the hot days. Clean rooms & bathrooms and plenty of TVs, towels and closets. The host even left us some coffee in the cupboard which was much appreciated. Great for anyone visiting Tulane or Loyola. A couple of minor suggestions for the owners - the living room needs a coffee table or ottoman (somewhere to put your drink), the kitchen needs some coffee mugs and the bedrooms could use a small chest of drawers. But overall we highly recommend this place.
