  As the house does have a lot of space and extras (such as games, puzzles, etc) the house was what you need to get away. The kitchen includes everything you would need, the beds in the rooms could stand to be a little softer. The back dock needs some major cleaning. The house could use some updates and the road to house is rough but we mainly drive trucks and suvs, but the gravel road to the house is 1/2 mile so be advised.

  - While the beds are only a couple of years old, we know that mattress preference is unique to each guest and we were sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay.
  
  - Due to weather conditions over the last couple of months, we have been unable to pressure wash the dock. The back dock has been scheduled weather permitted.
  
  - We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the gravel road are simply out of our control as the city controls the road.
  
  - We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to host you again!

  As in other reviews the sliding glass door is hard to use but if you put it back on the track it works easier. There is a fireplace that was used previous to our stay so the ashes bothered us each time the heat or ac came on. We had allergies the whole time we were there but If it is summer or you do not get stuffy easy you will have no problem. There are 2 bedrooms with baths, another bath right across the hall from a queen room and a bathroom in the game room so there are plenty. Lots of dishes in the kitchen and great water pressure. Enough parking for guest. Large trash box outside that's easy to use. The back porch has plenty of seating. The dock and swing were great. There were spider webs as in previous reviews but It did not bother us they are on the ceiling. There were dead ants in the house so that problem was taken care of. We had plenty of room in the back yard to play cornhole and badminton. Close to toledo town. Neighbors are close but did not bother us. Great rental if you need lots of space
