Great little lake cottage with wonderful dock acces
5/5 This is a great little lakefront cottage with a steady & reasonable slope to to an outstanding dock. The house was very clean and had everything you could ask for. Even the grill was clean and in great shape, which is a rarity with rentals. The screened in porch is a fantastic place to eat lunch or dinner outside and avoid the bugs. There is little to no cell service, but the internet and wifi are excellent.
The owner (Gary) is fantastic and really cares about his guests having a a great experience. He is on top of anything you need. Really appreciate being able to bring our dogs! One note of caution is ticks are really bad right now. We picked them off of us and our dogs constantly and found even more upon returning home. Just make sure to freshly treat your dog before or during your stay! I would definitely recommend this hidden gem and will be back!
Great Place on the Lake!
5/5 This is a nice little cabin. Right on the lake and nice dock. We had a long girls weekend and took a pontoon. There is a boat launch 10 mins away Boyds Branch. Gas stations are about 30 mins away FYI.... There is a Dollar General about 15 mins away. There several restaurants and marinas close by for boating! The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker!
Lake House vacation
5/5 This house was a fun rental right on a cove for Kentucky Lake. Grandkids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. Everyone enjoyed their stay on the lake.

Great Vacation Cabin!
5/5 My husband, daughter and her daughter spent an amazing 5 days at this gem of a cabin. It was comfortable, relaxing, clean and inviting. We enjoyed a campfire down by the lake one evening. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

End of March stay
5/5 Perfect 3 bedroom home for a girls trip! The rooms are smaller in person, but wasn’t a problem. Living room table rolls so placed it by front door with stools upside down on it. Gave us enough room for two twin size blowup mattress side by side in living room. All adults except two had their own beds that way! Clean and up to date! Fully furnished with anything needed. Sulphur water was the only complaint we had!
