Cute & Cozy
4/5 Cute house close to the Exposition Center and Churchill Downs. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The sofa bed was a bit thin, but easily sleep-able for one adult. The bathroom was small, but clean. It was nice to have linens provided. There was also tea and coffee available at the house. This was nice since all the coffee shops around were a 20 minute wait with so many in the area for the volleyball tournament we were attending.
The neighborhood seems questionable when coming in late at night, but we never had any problems and the few neighbors we saw were friendly.
I would stay here again and recommend it to others. We really loved the suggestion book. Biscuit Belly was delicious 🤤
The owner was very easy to contact and helpful. Thanks again for a great stay!
LOVED IT
5/5 I absolutely loved this property. It was super clean. Very cute. Well-stocked. The back yard was great for my dogs. The neighbors were so friendly. The neighborhood is an historic area, so not shiny and new. If that's your thing, you may not enjoy this listing, but I loved it. This property itself, however, is absolutely shiny and new. Very close to Churchill Downs, Kentucky Expo Center, and the athletic fields of U of L. Restaurants and grocery not too far, and of course, a Starbucks!! I highly recommend.

Louisville weekend
5/5 Attended an event at Exposition Center easy drive. Stored a couple of kayaks in backyard during our stay no problem.House neat as a pin my wife, who knows about these things, said the hosts had a real knack for making the place comfortable. Convenient to get anywhere we wanted to go. We walked our dog all around the neighborhood.

Dancing in the Storm
5/5 We drove into town in the middle of a crazy storm with high winds, down trees and no power. We pulled up into the location and it was warm, inviting, surprisingly quiet; felt just like home. If I had to stay in the middle of a crazy storm, away from home; I’d stay here every time. Wasn’t sure about the neighborhood at first, but felt very safe and the neighbors were very nice and spoke when we said good morning to them. Will be staying here again!!! Amazing place close to the Fair grounds….

LOVED IT!
5/5 This cute lil shotgun house was perfect for our stay. And, by our, I mean me and my dogs! Clean, cute, well-stocked, perfect backyard. Now, I’ve read some reviews that dissed the neighborhood. I loved it. It’s an older neighborhood, but the neighbors are super friendly and Churchill Downs is RIGHT there! All I can say is that if you stay there, clean up after your pets! Don’t ruin that ability. Thank you for an absolutely pleasant stay!
