Mechanical issues
3/5 The entry door had to be finagled to get to lock. The light in the kitchen didn’t work above sink. The bathroom door didn’t latch closed or lock. Bathroom facet doesn’t work properly. There are nails sticking up out of the floor near the desk. Broken window duct taped with cardboard. I understand it’s an old home but this is unsatisfactory when paying to stay somewhere. It also wasn’t very clean, not filthy, but not clean.
