Lexington trip
5/5 The house was adorable. The host was kind and let us check in early. It was the perfect place to stay. We came for the horse park and it was about 20 mins away.
1/5 Owner canceled 1 day prior to check in, so had to scramble to arrange different accommodations

We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: "The previous guest that was supposed to check out the day prior to you checking in did not check out as planned. I had to go speak with them and long story short they had to stay an extra couple of days. I am sorry about this but the situation was out of my control."
