The place was neat but experience wasn’t.
2/5 Our neighbor upstair was loud both night after even after 11. We heard every steps they made, every chair moved etc. They were very inconsiderate of in the noise they made. Both my kids were up til after Midnite bc of how loud they were.

4/5 This is our third time staying at this property. It's nice, friendly and clean but there are some very basic things that would make huge improvements. It is true that there are two bedrooms and a pull out couch however the table only seats for people in the living room only seats for people so there's really no place for everyone to go. My second biggest complaint would be that we cannot control the air conditioning. It was an average of 76° in our room but if we use the oven or the stove it was in the 80s. In my opinion that is miserable when it is really hot outside

4/5 The place was clean and updated! It was spacious and the beds are comfortable. The location was walking distance to the marina with easy parking in/out. The only bad thing is it was hotter than hell’s gates in there! There is no thermostat in your apartment bc it is controlled by a different apartment and all you have are fans. This apt needs a window unit ASAP!! Otherwise there is nothing bad to say about this place just that it’s sooo hot inside.
