  Cute house close to ND stadium. Just few things need addressed. We had 6” of snow last night and no snow shovel. Used a swifter to scrape snow. Master door doesn’t close, no locks on the bedrooms, water pressure for the showers is really weak. We would recommend staying here but it would be nice for these things to be addressed.

  This was a very cute property, and we had a great time. The bathrooms and the kitchen are newly remodeled. It was within walking distance to downtown and the convention center. However, there were only 4 bath towels for 8 guests. Also, our cars could not park in parking pad, but there was plenty of street parking. There was great communication between us and the owners when we needed questions answered.

  First the positives. Location was nice, felt safe. House was clean and overall nicely decorated, with a modern minimal aesthetic. Kitchen tools/pans were well stocked and the Claw foot tub was a fun touch. The Wifi worked well.

  Now the things that could have been better.

  1. Neighbor was nosey (perhaps he isn't aware its a rental property)

  2. Front door does not have a normal lock, only a deadbolt that requires a key to lock inside or out.

  3. Random windows and doors missing shades/curtains. The front door has a glass insert, literally anyone can walk up on the porch and look inside and watch you. Same with the back patio doors as well as the window near the dining table.

  4. AC does not cool the 2nd floor very well. if I had to guess there was between a 5-10 degree difference between floors.

  5. No basic pantry or coffee supplies. If you're gonna have a coffee maker, please have the basics to make coffee. There was no coffee, just sweet-n-low packets. No basic cooking spices either.

  6. Living room TV wires are strung across the floor.

  7. If I am paying a cleaning fee, why is there a list of cleaning type chores for me to do at checkout?

  8. Bunk beds are ugly and wasted space for a nice 3rd bedroom or perhaps office or workout room.

  9. Photos make the space appear like it has a lot more natural light then in reality.

  Despite all that I would consider staying here again, however I don't think the property lived up to the rate I paid so it would depend on the cost.
