  Upon arrival the host made sure we got in okay, Great dining areas walking distance and the unit was quiet and very clean.

  When we finally found the condo there was not a number near the entrance to identify that we were in the correct place. There was a random extra screen leaning nearby on the deck which was a clue to what we would find inside. The door code system was not working properly. When we finally got into the place my first impression was that they forgot to clean it. There was dirt on the carpet and the mirrors on the closet door were streaked and filthy. I called our contact who assured me the unit was immaculate when I checked in (really??) but did come by and sweep the rug and clean the glass. I thought she might check everything but she did not. The more I looked around the more I realized the floors the counters the showers were all covered with streaks of dirt. I just hope they really washed the sheets. Also It is not a one bedroom just a studio with the bed behind a partial wall. My advice- avoid this property.

We've never received any complaints, on the contrary, prior guests have mentioned how clean everything was in their past 5-star reviews
  -The home is professionally photographed to ensure that it is accurately depicted in the listing photos and our listing was exactly as shown in the pictures you relied upon for your booking. Photos of the bedroom do not depict there is a door, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard

  Perfect location next to restaurants, bars and shopping. The host went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Woudld recommend!

  We stayed in November 2022 for my daughter's birthday weekend and we had a fabulous time! The condo is in the GREAT neighborhood of Bucktown! I was worried about parking before we got there - but it was NO PROBLEM at all! Plenty of street parking! So many amazing things are within a short walking distance - Coast Sushi! Just awsome (sit in James' section)! Virtu - a great shop around the corner with some one of a kind gifts and local finds (see Julie)! Also Red June and Fairgrounds coffee shops! It is also super convenient to get to Grant Park via car or on the train. The condo is clean, safe and quiet - has a lovely kitchen and bathroom - everything you need! It is also convenient to Evanston (we were going there the second night for a performance at Northwestern). Plenty of Ubers available or again the train. Would definitely stay here again!

  Truly a lovely and very clean home prepared with extra care. Quick and friendly communication from the host to answer questions and ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We felt right at home and would absolutely book again next time.
