Great location, property could be better maintained
3/5 The location of the property was great, close to stores, restaurants and very walkable. Upon initial booking, I couldn't get in touch with the right person. When you message on VRBO app, it goes into the Evolve message system. It took weeks for someone to respond to me and tell me to contact the property manager (which is what I thought I was doing from the start). Chatting with the property manager was okay. They were accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out which was SO helpful. The property itself could be better maintained. At surface level, the beds and linens seemed clean but the floors and kitchen were dirty, the toilets had stains in them and the trash was full. There's lots of space and good for groups, although I'm not sure it really "sleeps 10". Of course people can sleep on the couch, however, there were no extra blankets in the house. We had 8 people and had to buy blankets for the people sleeping on the couches. Overall, we had a really great time but the property itself could be better maintained.

Weekend get away with friends
4/5 Apartment is in a great location with easy access to many shops and restaurants. Easy access to the train as well (the noise that comes with the train was a bit of a deterrent). Check in was simple. Street parking was available for us, but was tight. Unit says it accommodates 10, but there were not enough supplies (towels, blankets and toilet paper) for the 6 of us that stayed there.
