  This Sandpointe home is just as pictured. It was great for our family and friends gathering and appointed perfectly. Beautiful lawn and dock The house has so many rooms and activities you could never leave the entire time It is a perfect gourmet kitchen to prepare and enjoy your friends and family.

• A special spot on the lake

  We enjoyed this property with a small group of friends. It was very well stocked and the property manager was available for any questioned we had. The location was beautiful and the home was spacious.

• Vacationing in beautiful Sand Point

  We enjoyed our family staying together under one roof with plenty of room for all. We were disappointed in the swallows that were building nests under the eaves in the roof. all of the outside furniture had bird droppings on it and the upper deck was covered in the droppings as well. Unfortunately, there were about 6 snakes sighted on the property as well. We had several people in our party that are absolutely petrified of snakes, so after they were spotted hanging around the lower deck area, they refused to go outside and participate in outdoor games. If I was to suggest a couple of items to have in the house it would be you need a microwave cover for food being heated in microwave. There was nothing to prevent the splattering of food when heated. There was no aluminum foil in the house. There wasn't any paper in house to use for game scores. We were very happy with the quantity of plates, glasses, utensils you had in the kitchen. Another large frying pan would of been appreciated when cooking breakfast for large group, otherwise the pans were adequate. Was surprised there were no board games at the place. Also lake toys would of been appreciated also. We bought some inner tubes and left them there for future guests. People who fly into ID don't have room for these things in their luggage. You have a beautiful home with beautiful scenery with mountains and a lake. Thank you for sharing it with us.

  From the owner: Dear Patricia, we are glad that you and your family enjoyed our home. The swallows are protected and we cannot remove the nests until their hatching season is over. Next year we will be prepared before their nesting season begins. For the items you felt were lacking, I am so glad there is a Walmart 10 minutes away. I will be purchasing another large frying pan, foil, and paper to write on. The housecleaners do a great job making sure this 7,000 sq foot home, along with all the balconies, patios, and beach areas are clean, and they also empty the hot tub between each new arrival. I don't want to add to their burden by placing board games with small pieces to their lists. I hope besides the swallow nests and snakes, that everyone had a fun, safe time together and did enjoy the beautiful place that Sandpoint is.

• Great place!

  The house was beautiful with amazing views from almost every room. Clean and organized, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We had 2 families stay with 4 adults and 5 kids and we could have easily had another family and still been comfortable. Quick and convenient to Schweitzer and downtown Sandpoint.
