Don't rent this property
2/5 Don't waste your money!!! If you expect the house you rent to be clean, this is not the place for you!!! From the very beginning we had bad experience, from not getting the checking in instructions and even after I messaged the host about it, I still had no response. I had to call the main company to get the code for the door. The house was very dirty, it didn't look like it was cleaned, dead bugs and spiderwebs all over the house, I mean EVERYWHERE, every single corner. Hot tub was also so disgusting, very dirty. I wish I could attach photos here! Heater didn't work downstairs, super cold! Even though they refunded me 50% of the cleaning fee, I still don't think that was fair...

Good space
3/5 The space was great for our large group, but the amount of bugs on the deck and window sills was out of control. The hot tub was green and filthy when we took the lid off so we wouldn’t let anyone use it. The dock was nice but would have been so much better if there was a ladder for the kids to get in and out of the water easier. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of appliances and utensils.

Girls Weekend
4/5 Very nice interior and spacious. The water was not great for swimming or floating. There was no ladder to climb onto the dock. The decks were covered in webs and dirt. We would stay there again though because it was a beautiful home.

Nice, but some problems.
3/5 The place is nice, but needs some attention. The kitchen microwave starts only occasionally. There are five burned out light bulbs in the master bath. The showers are nice, but the floors are so slippery they are a safety hazard. There should at least be some suction cup rubber mats like the motels furnish. Our 16 year old electronics whiz could not get the main floor TV to find the satellite dish. I think the anti bacterial soap furnished in the bathrooms interferes with proper operation of the septic tank. If someone attends to these items, the next guests should be fine.
