Nice location. Swim toys freely available. Quiet in room. Smallish kitchen. Convenient to beach.
4/5 Nice location to walk to beach and/or to dining. Nicely manicured grounds. Good pool with hot tub. On your own for activities. Our view was excellent to see the pool look out toward the ocean. Good place if you’re a planner and like to schedule your own activities.
wonderful stay
5/5 The condo was just as described. It was clean and well kept. The AC worked well and kept the condo cool. The view was spectacular. The resort grounds were well kept and beautiful. Staff were always very gracious and pleasant. Location was great, close to many things. They had in the condo beach towels, boogie boards, some snorkel gear and beach chairs for use.
The ease of check in and out was great. The property manager Jenn was very responsive and gracious to our questions.
Suggestions- kitchen could use a few more staples such as a strainer and cookie/baking sheets.
We would stay here again without question!
Perfect condo!
5/5 This was a perfect final destination for our vacation. Walking distance to beautiful beaches and close to everything else we needed. The condo was beautiful with everything we needed to feel at home.

Responsive hosts
4/5 We love coming to Kamaole Sands with our family. This apartment lacked a few things like cleaning supplies, but the hosts helped us acquire these promptly. It was good to fit our family of 6, and there were sand toys and beach items to keep the kids busy! Agree with reviews that have said a bit of upgrading and repairs are needed (curtains stained from AC, baseboards loose).

3/5 Location of property was excellent as well as the view. The property was need of an upgrade including the towels, dishes and curtain.

- The towels we had during your stay were only about a year old, but we have since replaced them.
- There was a small leak due to a storm, which damaged the curtain. We're in the process of replacing it. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
- The dishes are less than a year old, but we understand if they don't suit your personal preferences. We're in the process of replacing the dishes.
