    It appears the home has been recently remodeled and almost everything was new and looks really good. The home is also very clean.

    The manager was very helpful in communicating before we stayed telling us what was needed to make our stay comfortable. During our stay they were also available by phone and text if we had questions.

    The listing mentions they have A/ C. However, after making the reservation they sent another email mentioning you need to request it. These are window units, not central air. The main reason we chose this house is because it had A/C. It’s difficult to find a house with A/C in Hawaii.
