- Please reach out to the Guest Contact if you would like recommendations on nearby parking lots or need to use the side elevator instead of the main entrance that has stairs to the lobby elevator

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- If you are checking in after hours, there will be a security guard available to help you access the building
- The key is located inside a lockbox located on spot B58 (in front of the building near the stairs). The code is 0168 (please scramble code after closing)
- Hit the bottom button to open the lockbox
- There are two sets of keys in the lockbox:
- The key fob is for the gate, pool & elevators
- The other key is for the property entrance. It is unit #308 on the third floor
- Only press the bottom button to lock the door on your way out
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Return key to the lockbox
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking or drug use

- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- No hanging towels on the balcony
- Must be at least 21 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival
