2/5 the location is very good you have everything close. in the publication they offer parking paying 35 dollars a day. but it wasn't like that because when I asked about parking they told me that there wasn't and that I had to locate outside and that's where my problems started because the closest I got was 5 blocks away and paying fees of more than 45 dollars. On the other hand, the room was not agreed to accommodate 4 people. There weren't enough towels for that number of people. the cutlery was not enough. the cutlery drawer opens barely to put your hand in and the walls and doors need painting. you can add a little to make your stay more pleasant for one. invest a little. and you will earn more.

Bedbugs
1/5 We were denied our room due to “bedbugs” to quote the representative- you won’t get to actually talk to an owner. 3rd party called evolve took hold after the purchase and things did not happen. They canceled day before via email - if you’re traveling to Hawaii you might not be on your email while traveling.. we weren’t called or given voicemail / text and we’re surprised when the room wasn’t ready.

Unfortunate stay, well priced but misleading pictures
2/5 Smelled like urine, chipped walls, stained carpets. Our expectations were not super high due to the fact that this was a last-minute booking at the end of the trip due to a positive Covid test for my wife and daughter. My daughter cried for 15 minutes when she got in the room and it did not get better. The room was disgusting. Legitimate hair and sand in the bed. I attempted multiple times to call the office to contact the agent and received a answering machine every single time.
