Comfortable….barely
2/5 Stayed at different places at the Banyan over the course of 20+ visits. This was one of my least favorites.
Pluses…Mostly Clean. Bright during the day and a/c works great. Parking pass helpful. Convenient to beach, etc. Affordable. Bed, clean/comfortable.
Minuses…Not inviting…dirty dishes…dark/drab at night…dirty furniture. Not worth the money I paid.
Gorgeous Mountain and Ocean Views!
5/5 This was a nice place to stay while visiting Oahu. We loved seeing both the mountains and ocean. We also enjoyed the amazing breeze that came through the condo. Since there was 4 of us and 2 slept in the bedroom we had the option of a sofa bed or an aero bed to sleep on which was nice. Every morning we made our breakfast in the kitchen and it had everything we needed to cook a great breakfast. The furniture was nice and comfortable too.

Enjoyable visit
5/5 My friend and I stayed here three nights and enjoyed the condo and its amenities.
Besides a 35th floor balcony with a nice view of the ocean and city and greenery, I enjoyed the ease of checkin (there is none- you just get a code and go straight up to the room!), the responsiveness of the owner, the kitchen and in-room entertainment options, and the common area items like the sauna, pool, and hot tub on the sixth floor.
We had a day with inclement weather and decided to stay inside until it passed. It felt like we were at home (just with a much better view) versus feeling like we were stuck in a hotel room.
Spacious, clean, and reasonably priced for the location and market. I would recommend to a friend. Enjoy!

5/5 Fabulous! The Condo was everything I was told it would be. The Owner, Preston was most responsive and helpful in a personal situation to me.
1-2 blocks from the center of Waikiki Beach, with eateries and shopping if and when needed. The weather cooperated for the most part. Beautiful view of the ocean and downtown Honolulu at nighttime. Day before our last---a most beautiful Rainbow that ended into the ocean and seemed to highlight a specific boat. It was gloriously brilliant in color. I had forgotten how brightly colored rainbows are in Honolulu, especially during the winter months.
