• Amazing rental!

  We came to visit family over the long Thanksgiving weekend. This rental suited my large family's needs perfectly! The space was just right, the decor was beautiful (and even decorated for Christmas!), and everything was clean and tidy. My 2 youngest children were so excited to find toys and games and my older children were thrilled for a Foosball table. The location is prefect and close to so many things in the Chattanooga area. We definitely plan to book again when visiting! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

• Awesome home

  Awesome home located in great area. Check in procedure simple and easy. Guest service provided great customer service throughout stay. Not a big deal but I was expecting the kitchen to include more spices for cooking but we managed. I would definitely book this home again. Thanks for the great customer service.

  The home was clean, the view was great, both the front and back porch was so enjoyable, quiet neighborhood.

  The owner was kind and helpful with things to do in the surrounding area. We really enjoyed our holiday stay.

• Just so-so

  Our family was grateful for the space and layout of this home, but there are a few disappointments. Many dishes were dirty, probably because you are expected to wash and put away all dishes prior to checking out. For the pricey cleaning fee, I would think that running the dishwasher prior to leaving would be sufficient. (You also need to empty trash, strip beds and gather dirty towels.). The house smelled quite musty and when we returned home, the clean laundry in our suitcases smelled musty like the rental. We did have an issue with the keypad, but when we texted about it, they were quite responsive. We had a good time, but would have been grateful to have clean dishes and a fresher smelling experience.

  - We apologize for the issues you experienced with the dishes and have passed your feedback regarding the cleanliness of this along to our cleaning team.
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like emptying the trash and stripping the beds, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest.
  - The keypad works well but we've added clearer instructions for how to use this for guests going forward.
