Amazing cabin and location!
5/5 What an amazing week we had staying at the Halls cabin! It was extremely well stocked with everything you might need to cook all of your meals as well as a propane grill on the wrap around deck. There was plenty of firewood to use as well. We visited several of the local waterfalls and towns. There is so much to do and so many beautiful sights to see!
We also enjoyed golfing at the Sky Valley golf course which is a 3 minute drive from the cabin. We are looking forward to another trip here in the future.

5/5 Spent 7 days here after a particularly brutal work project. The cabin was just a two hour drive from Atlanta and I’ll definitely be back.
This home away from home was perfect for what I needed: seclusion but with modern amenities like wi-fi (which was strong all over!), a fully equipped kitchen, easy parking, laundry and a comfortable bed.
I spent hours at the super cute Austrian-esque dining table working and couldn’t have picked a better place to do it with the stately working fireplace and vaulted ceilings as my backdrop (I may have sent a few jealous friends my WFH set up).
When I finished working I explored a nearby waterfall (5 min drive into Sky Valley), tried a few restaurants 20 min away in Clayton (Grapes & Beans and the matcha at White Birch were my faves), dug through antique shops in Dillard and even met friends who have a place in Cashiers midway in Highlands, NC which was perfect for dinner and catching up (Ruffed Grouse so good!).
The hosts were gracious and super responsive to any questions I had! Next time I’m bringing friends!

private paradise
5/5 In June our family escaped the Florida heat and spent 5 days at this chalet in Sky Valley Georgia. Sky Valley is like it's own private paradise. It not only has the expected amenities like a golf course, playground, pool etc. but it also has a beautiful waterfall and a number of beautiful hiking trails. We could have easily enjoyed our entire vacation without leaving Sky Valley. However, it is situated in an area where just a short drive will take you to many more trailheads and many more beautiful waterfalls. The chalet itself was beautiful and had lots of space for our extended family and lots of amenities to keep the grandkids busy. We are planning on visiting again.
