  Very Overpriced for the cleanliness of the property . Said no animals on the listing , but has animal hairs everywhere . Wife and daughter is highly allergic to animals , picked this because it said no pets on the listing . We had to leave a day early because it was getting to their allergies . Was not happy to pay that much money and didn't get what we were supposed to with a clean ,and no pets allowed in house .

  My husband and I stayed for our mini-moon after our wedding and could not be happier that we did! We're already talking about coming back next year for our anniversary! The property was so nice and the owner could not have been more accommodating! Absolutely loved our time in beautiful Savannah and in this beautiful property!

  This place was very nice and clean. It looked just like it was shown online. Very close to downtown and not far to Tybee Island. The owner was very nice and had water for us in the fridge and she was very helpful also.

  All in all, this was pretty decent place to stay. The apartment has pretty much everything you need and was recently renovated so it is very, very nice. I used this as a home base for a sporting event weekend, so I can't really comment on how easy it was to get to Downtown Savannah or the beach. It was less than a mile from my race site which was absolutely perfect. Couple of things I wish I had known before I arrived --- First, it should be clear that this is essentially a basement apartment. The entrance to the apartment is in the backyard. So, while not a big problem, you have to drag your suitcases through the grass (and rain and mud in my case). Because this is a basement apartment, you can hear a lot of noise from the owners upstairs. I had a sound machine so luckily it didn't keep me from sleeping. Also, the listing says driveway parking spot, but the email stated that I was to park in the visitor parking spots. Again, not a big deal but that should be fixed. The apartment itself could use a few things to make a guest's stay better. For example, information on the WiFi as well as the checkout procedures. I had to dig through my email to figure out what exactly I was supposed to clean before leaving and was never able to get the WiFi to connect to my computer. Lastly, super super minor, but oven mitts would have been nice. :) Ultimately, the apartment itself is super nice and modern. There is everything you need for a long or short stay in Savannah. However, I think there are some minor changes that could be incorporated to make this place even better for its guests.
