4/5 The home is absolutely gorgeous stunning, beautifully furnished and fully stocked the only hiccup I had was there should’ve had more television in all guess rooms! Ideal location to stay and drive to the city! I’ll definitely revisit and recommend!

Girls Get Away
4/5 The house was the ideal location to stay in and travel to downtown to Atlanta! The exterior of the home is beautiful there’s a ring camera at the entrance which reminds you that you’re being monitored as you enter and exit the premises! I get it it’s for the homeowner safety and protection no complaints just advising any guest! Upon entering there were several scratches and paint marks on a few of the walls and broken table and crack in upstairs bathroom shower. I admittedly contacted my hostess and she replied back quickly and told me she was aware of the minor issues and to forward the pictures! I really appreciate that she was always a phone or text away! House was fully stocked lol it was overly stocked another plus. My only hiccup was the lack of televisions in the guest bedrooms! If your like me and you watch television to you fall asleep it’s not happening! Luckily we all had tablets and smartphones. The furniture is update an modern! I will definitely rebook with Evolve and recommend this location! Beautiful house and location! Thanks for your hospitality!
Disappointed
3/5 The property itself was beautiful. We chose this house because it accomodated everyone. Then we found that one of the bed's frame was visibly broke. Notified the owner. She offered to reimburse me $60 which I didn't see as fair being that 2 grown adults now had to be inconvenienced because they had to share a full size bed. I never dispute it with her, I accepted the offer. She never reimbursed me the money and she hasn't returned my call or text message.

Cute house
5/5 I rented this house for my wedding in Gwinnett. It was clean and spacious and had plenty of rooms for both me and my family. Highly recommend staying here as it is conveniently located to both the highways with plenty of food places around.
