5/5 Everything about Hootenanny at Horton Creek was just perfect. The home definitely lived up to the photos. The host, Dana, was a delight to meet and the attention to every detail was unbelievable. And if you’re looking for relaxation, the sounds of the waterfall right off the porch will work its magic! Can’t wait to visit again!

AMAZING PROPERTY
5/5 There are not enough stars to rate this property!!!! Quiet, peaceful and just a perfect getaway for our weekend retreat. The cabin was like new, so clean and modern decorations!! We enjoyed the screened in porch listening to the creek every evening! The special touches (smores/ duck creek racing/firepit) show the host has a personal connection with making the property "homey" for its guests. As first timers to the area, we were delighted that we were centrally located to everything we wanted to do (hiking/fishing). Our host was so personable, we enjoyed reviewing her book regarding the history of the property. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer! What a fantastic experience!!! We will definitely plan another visit!

5/5 Most beautiful rental I’ve ever experienced. The owner greeted us with a personal tour of her stunning home. We loved the creek that wrapped around the house and the open field in front to toss the football. Made s’mores in the fire pit relaxed on the screen porch swing. Didn’t want or need to leave the house! Will definitely be back!

GORGEOUS! Quiet and private.
5/5 GORGEOUS! Quiet and private. All the bells and whistles including beer mugs in the freezer. Everything you need for a luxurious stay is included. Nap on the fully made swinging daybed on large screen porch. Wonderful space for small families nearby shopping, but minus the noise. We'll be back!

Spring Break Family Time
5/5 Awesome! Great quiet space for small families close to Helen shops. The sound of the Norton Creek outside the screen porch is heaven. Really nice fold-out couch for extra sleeping. Top bunk only allows a maximum weight of 100 lb so be aware of that if you have grown teenagers like we do. Is cabin has all the bells and whistles! We've already recommended this cabin to several family and friends and we'll be back as well!
