- GPS to Coosawhattee River Resort
- Ellington Gate Entrance Off Old Hwy 5
- Press Button for Attendant if no one is in the hut & tell them Lot 237 of Beaver Bend, Guest of Kelly Charles
- Coosawhattee will need to know the names of all guests visiting, it is standard procedure
- Driving Directions:
- Once in the Ellington Gate, at top of hill there is a 5-way intersection, take a hard right on to Spindrift
- Follow this all the way to East Park
- Once in East Park turn left onto Cherokee trail in the park
- Head out of the park on Cherokee Trail up the Hill
- The property is the first cabin on the left as you are headed out of the park up the hill
- Notice: Look out for the only driveway with a split rail fence on the left. Try not to stop in the gravel. Swing wide as you turn up the driveway and keep moving

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. To access the community, go to the Ellington gate off Highway 5. Tell the gate attendant, 'lot 237, Beaver Bend, guest of Kelly Charles' to enter
- Please provide the Guest Contact with the firs and last names of the guests on your reservation in order to gain access to the community. This required by the HOA 
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 8487
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Please make sure any fires in the grill, fire pit, or wood-burning stove are completely put out
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
