- There are two "434 Lemmon" addresses. One is lane and one is drive. Please make sure you follow the Lane directions to arrive at the correct property

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. At least 72 hours prior to your stay, please fill out the guest form provided and return it to the Guest Contact. Depending on the gate being used to enter, there may or may not be a guard. If a guard is present, please give the name used on your Evolve Registration and the lot name of where you are staying (EML308)
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- The home has a Nest thermostat installed which auto-adjusts. Please do not touch
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cottage by doing the following:
- Leave all amenity passes in the home
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens in the laundry baskets found in the closets. Do not remove comforters, pillows, and bed protectors
- Place all used towels in the kitchen sink
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Ensure the fireplace is turned off
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cottage is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
