Family weekend retreat
4/5 Close to downtown shops and to restaurants . There was a park nearby for our grandkids. Hot tub was nice to have. Plenty of dishes for our family group of 9. There was not enough seating at the table and in the living room for TV watching for everyone. Fire pit was also nice but again could use a couple of more chairs.

Must to Try it Again
5/5 Stellar owners, property manager and cleaning team. You will not find it in Waze if you put in Old Orchard… The property was great but location may be an issue for some. Our family must try again due to the heating system not cooperating on 2 levels half our stay. It is fixed now so we have to try again.

New Years
5/5 We ended 2022 and started 2023 staying here! We had a great time. The house is fully stocked and equipped. Beds were all very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Large living room and kitchen was perfect for 6 adults and 3 children. We loved the renovations and that it was dog friendly!! Lots of outdoor space to hang out and for the kids to play. Close to downtown Ellijay as well as apple orchards and Reece Cider Company. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spacious home
5/5 This beautiful, spacious home was the perfect accommodation for our nine member family vacation. The location was perfect for leaf peeping, apple picking and playing together. The house was decently clean, but could use a deep clean like baseboards etc. Bedding was clean and comfortable, Rooms were spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. While mostly well-equipped a basic utility like a water or tea pitcher makes a big difference when there is nothing that can be substituted for that. A simple matter that increases comfort immensely. More seating in the dining room and great room would be helpful for a house with this much bedding. Hopefully, these comments are seen as helpful, practical suggestions. The manager contract, Kristina was extremely helpful and always prompt responding to our needs and questions! We had a lovely time with our family in this fantastic home!
