Graduation celebration GCSU
5/5 It was great for the graduate, her sibling and cousin, parents, and grandparents. Nice decor and outdoor spaces as well. Note: there is no recycling, so haul it out with you. There was ample “things you might forget” such as garbage bags, bug spray, sponges,etc.Do not use WAZE to get there. Use apple or Google maps!

Perfect for GCSU graduation weekend
5/5 We needed an option for 3 generations of family to stay together to celebrate our senior's graduation from GCSU. The space was wonderful, the kitchen was stocked with items that we didn't pack (garbage bags, soap pods for dishwasher). The back porch was serene, spacious and welcoming. We didn't try to use the kayak or paddle boards mainly due to time. The water seemed extremely shallow, so unsure if a boat could have navigated to the dock. We tried fishing for a while, but opted to visit family at Lake Oconee instead. Be careful using WAZE to navigate, as it was NOT accurate and we ended up on the wrong side of the lake. Apple Maps navigated to the house correctly. Also, if you recycle, plan on taking your recyclables with you at check out.
Peaceful
5/5 We had the absolute best time! The house was very nicely decorated and just homey.. Located on a peaceful shallow cove. The water level did not bother us with the bass boat we had, but the owner had a canal dug out in front of the dock that helped. The neighbors Mr. Joe and his wife were the sweetest ever. It was the best evening to sit in the back porch, grill steaks, sit in the hot tub and watch T.V. We very much enjoyed our peaceful get away weekend, and will be back with our kids this summer.

FAMILY SPRING BREAK
5/5 this property was EXACTLY what we expected! The listing was true in every way. The place was VERY CLEAN and everything was there for what we needed. Traveling from Ohio we wanted a restful location with all the amenities. The owner responded to questions immediately and we had no issues besides the weather not being warmer for us to enjoy more outdoor activities. Very easy checking in and checking out.

Great Weekend Getaway
5/5 This property was great!! We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks and spacious house! Chris, our host, was great at answering questions promptly. Definitely a great place to stay.
