2023 Masters
5/5 Myself and three other guys stayed at this house on Lake Sinclair for five nights while we attended a practice round at the 2023 Master's golf tournament in Augusta. The location and accommodations were great and the price was very affordable. The property manager, Melinda, did an excellent job taking care of our needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
MLK Weekend Girls Trip
5/5 This is the 3rd year we have rented this house for our annual MLK girls weekend (6 women). This house is very clean and has a perfect layout allowing for great indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything we need to make meals while there. The neighborhood is quiet, the lake view and access outstanding! My only reservation has to do with Evolve Management Company. They manage this property on behalf of the owner. The first two years I would have rated Evolve’s responsiveness as perfect and timely. Unfortunately, this year, I e-mailed the contacts listed on the check in e-mail three times and never got a response, which was not like I experienced before. I am not sure if e-mail addresses changed or neither of the ladies noted as “contacts” work for Evolve anymore, but it was annoying. Luckily, one of our guests was able to get in touch with them as she left her laptop at the house. It did not impact our stay at all, but is very uncharacteristic of my experience with Evolve.
