Really Comfortable
5/5 Very happy with this property. Beautiful location close to our raft outfitters. Very clean. Alittle fresh paint on the walls could have made it exceptional.

We very much enjoyed our quiet time in the mountains. The weather was wonderful.
5/5 We enjoyed the screened porch very much and the closeness to town if anything was needed. We also enjoyed a dinner out at Fortify in downtown Clayton.

Great location for enjoying the outdoors!
5/5 We enjoyed our stay at the Clayton condo. The location is close to all the outdoor activities we were seeking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding and so much hiking. Although an attached condo it was incredibly quiet and we didn't hear any neighbor noise. The condo was really well stocked too with soap, dishwasher tabs and plenty of towels. The kids used the pool as well. The condo binder was full of useful information and instructions. The description on cell phone service was accurate, it's not great for calls but there is a house phone to order pizza or schedule trips. My only compliant was the carpet, it was really dirty. Which was surprising because the rest of the condo was clean and tidy. Knowing that going in I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
