Amazing
5/5 Was exactly what our family was seeking. Large home that provided adequate space for all in a quiet gated community with beautiful forest all around.

5/5 Everything was very nice...the location the furnishings the design etc. The hot tub and game room were just a great bonus lol.In the end the best part is the renters themselves. Super responsive would be an understatement. We had a small issue with the gate code and they had us in in 30 seconds.Will return.

Visit was okay
3/5 Even though our stay was okay, we ran into a few things; There should be a larger sign on the road making the cabin visible to incoming visitors during night hours, dishes were not properly cleaned, some of the pillows were broken, there was a leftover soap bar and hair in one of the showers, and the cabin does not provide adequate heating. The second floor was nice and toasty, main floor was cold, but the bottom level was freezing. Needs to have better heating.
Ana, our contact, was great at getting back to us. She did address the issues as quickly as she could.

Hi Rossy, we're glad you enjoyed your stay overall. After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
- We’ve never had an issue with previous guests locating the property; however, we will consider a sign for the front of the driveway.
- We sincerely apologize for the dishes and cleanliness concerns. We strive our best to be the cleanest possible cabin. Again, we've never had an issue with this in the past.
- We will have our cleaning staff evaluate the pillows and replace them if needed. We'll also talk with the cleaners to ensure the shower is double-checked during each cleaning.
- Unfortunately, during your stay, it was in the single digits, which is very uncommon. We have a full house HVAC that should heat thoroughly, and we also have gas wall heaters on the wall in the basement and the wall on the main floor. Those will heat the whole floor if the doors are kept open. Plus, there is an additional space heater in the downstairs bedroom closet that is there as well. We're sorry the weather was so cold during your visit.
The owners do all they can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!Great family time

Beautiful Cabin
5/5 Our stay was absolutely amazing! Could not have ask for a better place. The cabin was immaculate! The host was very accommodating to make sure we had everything we needed! Will definitely stay here again!
