- The name of the property is 'Bear Lake Cabin'
- GPS/Maps does not work in this area due to limited cell service. Please follow these turn-by-turn directions to arrive at the property:
- On Hwy 515 (Appalachian Hwy)
- Go North at mile marker 20 (Lucuis) and go approx 2.25 miles
- Go right at the entrance for Cherry Log Mountain (the road is Maggie Chapman)
- Continue on Maggie Chapman until it dead-ends into Arrowhead Pass
- Go right and at the end of Arrowhead Pass the house is on the left (disregard the sign that says "stop, this is a private drive" - guests can proceed to the home and to the lake)

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- As soon as possible, please reach out to the Guest Contact to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Start a load of used towels and place them in the dryer when done. Put a load of sheets in the washer and start the wash
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
