Beautiful Family Weekend in Blue Ridge
4/5 We loved our stay in the Catching Fireflies cabin. It was our first time in Blue Ridge, and it was a great experience overall. The digital guide was really helpful to share with everyone in the family staying there. We stayed over Thanksgiving, and the decorations for the holidays throughout the cabin was a very thoughtful touch. Our only issue was the fireplace did not work, which was a bit of a bummer. We reached out to the owner and he said he would send out the gas company, but no one ever showed and we never heard anything else. Also, the doorknob on the basement unit fell off. Wasn’t a huge deal as we did our best to fix it, but would have been an inconvenience if it was at the beginning of our trip. I also felt in the check out instructions, asking us to sweep the floors was odd since our cleaning fee was quite high. Overall, a good experience and would recommend to a friend!

Great stay
5/5 The cabin was great. There were a couple of maintenance issues when we arrived. We were assured they would be attended to when the servicemen were able to come. The wet leaves in the driveway made it a little tricky to turn around and get out. Overall, we had a great time while at the property.

Girls Trip Success
5/5 Perfectly stocked cabin for a quiet getaway for 5 friends. Beds were comfortable and bunking together was easy due to size of rooms. The kitchen has a good variety of cookware. The hottub was clean and warm. The walkway to the bottom level was well lit and did not cause a problem for anyone.
