  Great location for a football game for the group. House was perfect on the inside. Some may say rough location but location was good. No issues and would book again for a group trip

  No lock on one bathroom door, floor lamp is not usable, I had to buy toilet paper and paper towels host only left one roll extra for each bathroom for seven over 50 guest! Not enough towels and was cloths had to wash everyday.Not a very nice area trash on sidewall. I would not recommend.

  We’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "Hi Deborah, My apologies for your inconvenience, however, I was never made aware that there were any concerns.
  -I reached out to you via text message the day after check-in to see if you needed anything, however, you did not respond.
  -We actually have additional supplies in a cabinet in the house in
  case you have a need for more toilet paper, paper towels, towels, wash
  cloths, soap, etc. that I would have informed you of the location, had I
  known you had a need. And if that was not enough for you all, I would have
  my cleaning partner bring additional supplies, had I known you needed them.
  You should not have had to purchase your own but I can't provide something
  that I don't know is needed.
  -Regarding the lock on the bathroom door, that has been fixed as the previous guest had broken it and I couldn't schedule the repair between the last check out and your check-in.
  -The floor lamp is now decorative only (it was broken by a guest) which truly should not be an issue as there is plenty of recessed lighting throughout the home. Thanks!"

  Very misleading pictures of property. Horrible location. People sleeping in tents on end of street. Park on the corner full of homeless people. The house is actually in what would be the ghetto area of Atlanta. The only thing nice is the Mercedes Benz Stadium Itself. House was very poorly prepared for 5 guests. Everything from broken lamps, and furniture to a window blind straight out of the trash. No waste baskets in bathrooms, doors falling off hinges, poorly draining sinks due to faulty plumbing.. New back deck unusable because it was filthy. Charcoal grill on deck full of old charcoal.. No paper towels, sponges or dish towels upon arrival. Welcoming basket with help yourself letter in it contained 5 packs of instant oatmeal and nothing elder. Case of water was left according to note was never found! Had to call property manager to get supplies needed to live there for 5 days. Property manger sent cleaning guy over with 2 rolls of paper towels 2 sponges and a pack of handi wipes! Too much to get into as I was there to enjoy 5 days with my closest friends! They wanted to address issues but we were uncomfortable having people in the house without us being there so there wasn’t much we could do but deal with all the problems! I should be partially reimbursed somehow. The property manger offered me a substantial discount the next time I rent if I did not write a review. However that would not help anyone else thing thinking of renting the property!

  From the owners: "Peter, I am happy that we were able to accommodate your request for an early check in. When you texted regarding there being no paper towels and sponges when you first arrived, I immediately sent my cleaning partner over who was able to show you where they were in the house, along with bringing additional ones (thinking there were none left, but there actually were). After he came to rectify the issue, I asked if there was anything else and was everything okay and you told me you did not want us to come again and mentioned something about a "prehistoric toaster and coffee maker," both of which are new (about 7 months old), including the Keurig coffee maker. There is no broken furniture (as it is all brand new as well) in the home and apparently the previous guest must have broken the lamp shade and it has since been disposed of. We do not offer a grill so a previous guest may have purchased it and left it for others to use. There are waste baskets in each room. We have weekly lawn service and you arrived two days after the lawn was cut, so by the time you checked out, the grass was being cut that day. With the amount of rain we have been experiencing in the area, the grass does get long within a week. Unfortunately, I cannot control the park down the street in the neighborhood, however, the area is very quiet, up and coming, and there are several houses being remodeled in the area as the downtown area is being revitalized. For any other items, had you brought them to my attention, we would have been happy to rectify them."
