Great location. Looks like pics. Bonus bedroom.
5/5 This house looks like the pics (as of May 2022). The rooms are spacious, and the master bedroom upstairs is just huge (looks like pics). There is a large common area where all the people in the house can congregate with space to spare. This house appears to be a total modern remodel on top of an old house, and the remodel is thoughtfully done. There is a bonus 5th bedroom with a bunk bed, and I don’t recall seeing this bedroom in the ad (although I may have just missed it).The house is in a great location. This is probably the nicest neighborhood you will find near Atlanta downtime without actually being in the heart of downtown. To find a nicer neighborhood, you will probably have to go 15-20 miles away from downtown. But I am just guessing based on my limited experience of driving around. You will know you are in Atlanta downtown when you see paid parking everywhere. This place has free parking in driveway and street.I had 6 people total staying here, and the house swallowed us up easily. If you want to have a loud party with lots of people, then look elsewhere because they are pretty strict about that.

Beautiful home
4/5 The property looked just like the pictures. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Check in and check out was very simple and easy. When there was a problem, the host was very responsive and was quick to fix/ satisfy our needs. Overall it was a beautiful stay. Kudos to the host, thank you !
