Everything we needed!
5/5 Don't be fooled by the size! Even though Monica's place is a studio, there's a whole kitchenette inside with a keurig and microwave and mini fridge and even snacks! She also left toothbrushes, which was great since my partner forgot his.

Wrong Impression
2/5 Somehow I thought, with all the pictures of the house, I was renting the entire house. Wrong. The room I got had no thermostat to control my room and comfort. I had to call the host to change the temps. The shower stall uncomfortably small. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I felt the price, for what I received and adjusted for, was not worthy of the figure.

- The listing specifically states in the title that it is a studio apartment the photos show the shared spaces and where the studio is attached
- We were happy to help with the thermostat and did everything we could to accommodate you so that you were comfortable
- The price point set by Evolve is fair for this area and we do not feel that you were overcharged, if you had a house to yourself it would have been much more
