    This rental is in a great location and close to beautiful beaches, Shamrock park, and the town of Venice is just a short drive away. The house itself is like brand new. It was clean, comfortable and accommodating. We had a very nice stay.

  • clean and beautiful inside- get anywhere in Venice in 15 mins

    This property is very clean and beautiful inside. The only issue was on garbage day, I was locked out as the front door auto locks and the code lock was overheated from hot morning sun and I was locked out. I had to shade the lock for a while so it could cool to allow the display to once again show the codes. The host is fantastic and accessible by phone if you need her.

    This property is very nice, well-equipped, comfortable furnishings, wonderful kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool and hot tub are just right - remote for jets and lights in pool/hot tub was a neat touch!The fun was interrupted by Hurricane Ian which was out of our control - the house kept us safe and sound the entire time and fortunately came out very well.We would definitely stay here again!

  • Great host, great location, beautiful home

    We loved our stay and will stay here again in the future. The house is exactly as the listing describes and the pictures show - very spacious and new. Katia is a great host and very responsive. We had a long travel day and were pleasantly surprised to arrive to snacks and a bottle of wine. The house was the perfect setting for our babies; one floor, no stairs. They were able to walk around without much worry. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio and backyard as well. Thank you, Katia!
