Great time in Venice
5/5 We frequently rent VRBO properties and this one did not disappoint. We were familiar with the area and this home is close driving distance to beaches and shopping. Shamrock Park was a 4 minute drive and a great place for my son to play basketball while we hit the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in process was easy. It was refreshing to finally stay in a property that was well stocked with the essential kitchen, laundry and bathroom supplies too. Would definitely recommend.

Venice beach
3/5 The home is beautiful. The location is close to beaches. Clean place and nice pool. We did encounter a problem with a leaky roof due to the stormy afternoons and the owner did call a repairman to fix the problem the next day. This could of been avoided if people report issues when encountered. I highly recommend the place. I have wonderful memories of my vacation with family.
Florida bound
4/5 The house itself was nice, but the outside landscaping has not been kept up compared to the pictures posted on the website, and the prior trash removal would have been greatly appreciated. This did not deter us from having a great time and look forward to returning again.
