  The house was very clean and well kept but old. The pool was not usable too many bugs sand and dirt on the bottom. The master bed very uncomfortable.

  On a postive note they had everything you could want including beach gear.

  Evolve charged a daily damage deposit without a refund. Miscellaneous charges made this very expense for older house. Wanted this house to use swimming pool never got in.

  this was not worth $3000.00 for week.

  - Thank you for choosing to stay in our home and leaving a review, as guest feedback is vitally important to us and the success of our vacation rental business.
  - The pool is cleaned every week to keep it in good condition, but sometimes after a heavy rain, dust, bugs, and dirt can get washed off the pool cage into the pool, as is typical of every pool.
  - Within 2 hours of your pool notification, we had a tech vacuum and skim the pool. The tech notified us that the pool was clean after he left.
  - While the high-quality pillow top in the master bedroom is only two years old, we know that mattress preference is unique to each guest, and we were sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay.
  - Evolve strives to be transparent at every stage of the booking process, so all rates and fees, including the damage deposit, are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservation. The damage deposit is non-refundable.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  We spent 2 weeks at this home. Very well provisioned which was so nice to have all we needed. Beach toys chairs etc. were all good quality. Beds, linens, towels all good quality and the best part was pool was heated and salt water! Home was exactly as presented and owners did a great job preparing everything you could think of for a pleasant stay. Very well located for short drive to beaches of Venice, Caspersen and Sharkeys pier.Thanks for sharing your home with us!

• Great Vacation

  This house is wonderful! Thank you for allowing my husband and I and our dogs to stay. The Kitchen was very WELL stocked as was the cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, paper towels. I was impressed. Everything you need to enjoy the beaches are right there for you just pack and go. The beaches were absolutely beautiful. If I had to say anything negative it did need more beach towels as there were only 3 and the beds were not very comfortable. If taking dogs the back yard does not have any grass. The pool was shaded most of the day so you only get a few hours of sun. I would definitely stay again! And make sure you go to Tony's Chicago Beef.
