It was a great place, just as advertised. we had our two older but still active 60 lb hounds.
5/5 just as advertised-very clean, great neighborhood close to huge park with softball, pickleball, and a place to let our dogs off leash (it probably wasnt legal, but our dogs are well controlled and no one hassled us about it). gre,at pancake house within walking distance. nice fenced in yard. the owner (Brady) was extremely responsive. Only downsides: king sized bed in master bedroom was much too soft, and some sort of dining table by the fire pit and/or the screenroom. neighbors were friendly but not intrusive-no one complained about my coonhound howling. Venice and this particular area are great.

5/5 This is a very cute and clean house conveniently located near the beach and great restaurants. It?s also within 10 minutes of Fox Lea Farm for anyone showing horses there!

Love the house
5/5 We do love the house. It has everything you need. The neighborhood it's very quiet . Venice does not have alot of places to go, Venice beach personally I don't like I rather drive to Siesta Key instead. The owner very renponsive to question I had and very helpful. Things that need to improved in my point of view. The house needs ceiling fan especially in living room and better one in porch. With this summer that house did not feel cool at all during the day. Overall I would recommend the house.
