Weekend Getaway
5/5 Great location. Unit had everything we needed. Beach area was fantastic. Liked that it was a quiet area.
Perfect location!
5/5 Being on the ocean was why we selected this condo! The size was perfect even only being just under 600 Sq ft. There were chairs to sit in on the balcony and lawn chairs to take down as well but we bought unfancy beach chairs at 7-11 and left them there since beach chairs were more comfortable to use on the beach! There were small coolers to use to take foods down to the beach as well (awesome!) as well as towels. There was crazy weather going on the night before and morning when we left and there was a partial power outage but I just communicated that to the owner. While Casey was our point of contact, there was another person he'd have respond to the emails (I feel I may have been bothering him as I had a few questions and his responses were short and made me feel I was bothering him). Nonetheless, my husband and I enjoyed our stay!! Be aware, the elevator had moments it didn't care to function properly and a little aggravating when stairwell doors were locked on the floor level making it more tricky with a partial power outage. We didn't care about the decor being a little outdated though nothing was in disrepair. If you visit here, make it a point to check on items left from other visitors; you may save a few $ on coffee filters, bottled water or suntan lotion! 😊
No frills beautiful view third balcony unit
5/5 Beautiful view right on the beach. Location is excellent. It’s close to a lot of restaurants, tourist activities, and a Publix; however is still a quiet area. The unit was clean however furniture seemed dated. We had an issue with bathroom sink draining but property manager was quick to fix and responded extremely fast with any question we had during our stay. Although we did not use, unit had beach umbrella, small coolers and chairs. For the price it is an excellent value.

Perfect Getaway
5/5 Everything was perfect, just steps from the beach. It took a bit to figure out where the elevator is. You need to bring your own beach chairs as the ones there are broken or uncomfortable. Nice decor and very comfortable!

Great location
5/5 This is the second time we have stayed at Sunset Chateau and love the location!!The condo was fine and a good size for a one bedroom.Love the newly redone pool!We plan to stay again here sometime later this year!!
