Very little for what you pay.
2/5 All communications are done via texting, was greeted by ants in the downstairs bathroom after being told the home was just cleaned. Power tripped 1st night 2nd night without power in downstairs bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. I clearly stated how many people were staying in the home, try to cook for a family there was impossible, talk about bare essentials in a kitchen. No extra blankets or pillows were supplied either. The grass was extremely overgrown and only two seats to sit outside in the back. The area was close to everything but not someplace you would want to go out and walk after dark. Parking is for one car otherwise you need to park on someone's vacant lot. Very dissapointed.

Owners response: "Toni, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you.
- In the listing, it states that there is room for one car in the driveway and 1st come 1st serve street parking, we ask that no one park on the grass there is space for more than one vehicle
- The home is only 3 months old and we have not ever had a pest or ant problem
- We were aware of the power surge, and we tried to get it fixed but then it happened again, this was not our fault and we apologize for the inconvenience. This was over the 4th of July weekend which is why we couldn't get anyone out
- I was at the property in person we did not just communicate via text, while I was there you didn't bring up any issues to me
- We do provide pots and pans in the kitchen it should be more than enough to cook for a few people
- We keep extra blankets, linens, and pillows in the home and they are available for your use, you just needed to ask for them
- We have had a substantial amount of rain which is why the grass seemed overgrown, we do keep a clean lawn
