Comfortable and Inviting
4/5 Home is a work in progress, owner is working on decorating and adding amenities to improve the home. Steps are numerous, one must be aware when using the sun room and pool area. Sophia was helpful, overall we were satisfied.

The weather was good. Poorly maintained property
1/5 Pool heater nonfunctional. Cameras everywhere. Outdoor furniture falling apart. Dangerous steps from house to sunroom and on dock. Boat lift not working. Unable to dock boat. Deck boxes full of debris. Nonfunctional lights in one bedroom. Overall unsatisfactory Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

We’ve confirmed that we do not advertise a heated pool or access to the boat lift within the description which is why we do not market it as an amenity in the listing. We do, however, disclose the property features two external security cameras in the pre-stay email sent to guests. The homeowner will address your additional concerns with their property manager to ensure their own high standards are being met and exceeded. Enjoyed the canal life
5/5 It was nice to wake up every morning and look into the canal. I didn't see an alligator or manatee but I did see a stingray. We had everything that we needed. Only wished that we had a fishing pole. It was a quiet neighborhood around everything we needed.

not too bad
4/5 Let me start by saying that this is a nice house in a nice location. I felt very safe and the neighborhood was quiet. However, There were a few let downs with this property. The a/c unit will NOT have the house cooler than 76 degrees - it is pre-set with some timer function on it. 76 is not comfortable to me, so this was definitely a factor for us. There is also no water slide, like the pictures portray. I had two disappointed kiddos. The outdoor pool is nice, but the place needs some cleaning up outside. There are large old flower pots lined along the fence with what appears to be dead weeds growing out of them into the fence. The pots had cigarette butts in them. The property manager, Sophia, was excellent . She was very responsive. The house is in close proximity (less than 30 minutes) to amusement parks. Overall a great stay, but definitely not 5 stars.

Fun in the Sun
5/5 The home was extremely clean, had multiple large screen TV’s, comfortable clean beds and a great outdoor cooking area for grilling. The property manager, Sophia, was great. I had a question for her and she was extremely responsive. Check in and check out were also very easy. The neighborhood was quiet and the lit canal at night was beautiful.
